Labeling and Separation of Semi-Reflected Scenes
Consider scenes deteriorated by reflections off a semi-reflecting
medium (e.g, a glass window) that lies between the observer and an
object. We present novel approaches to recover the superimposed
scenes using two raw images.
In contrast to previous attempts, one of these methods is shown to
automatically label the reconstructed scenes as reflected/transmitted.
It also derives the inclination of the invisible (semi-reflecting) surface
in space. The relevance to methods based on motion/stereo will
be explained.
