Modeling the Apparent Frequency Specific Suppression in Simple Cell Responses
The compressed tarfile here includes Matlab code that implements the normalization model of V1 simple cell responses, enabling the user to replicate the simulation results presented in (O. Nestares and D. J. Heeger, "Modeling the apparent frequency-specific suppression in simple cell responses", Vision Research, in press). A graphical user interface allows the user to change the parameters of the model and plot the results.
