Center for the Investigation of Environmental Hazards Inaugural
Symposium - Environment and the Brain
This inaugural event aims to unite researchers across
neuroscience, psychiatry, epidemiology and environmental science.
The symposium, which is led by the Division of Environmental
Pediatrics, also leverages a rich and diverse array of scientists
across NYU Langone Health and the other
schools of New York University. It is intended to foster new thinking and
collaborations
examining how environmental factors (chemical, physical, social
and otherwise) influence brain development across the lifespan.
Plenary speakers will include:
Shoji Nakayama, MD, PhD
Laura N. Vandenberg, PhD
Albert Hofman, MD, PhD
Kurunthachalam Kannan, PhD
435 E 30th Street, Science Building
