Discrim: A program for estimating image discriminability

Michael S. Landy

Discrim is a program, written in Matlab, that allows the user to manipulate a set of images and then estimate the ability of an observer to discriminate a pair of these images based on models of the human observer and of the sensor and display system used to record and show the images.
