A new framework for magnetic resonance image
reconstruction
Souheil Inati
CNS/Psych, NYU
I'll discuss the basics of MRI physics and show how data acquisition
and image reconstruction can be put into a general framework that
allows us to incorporate prior knowledge, reduce artifcats, improve
resolution, etc. I'll try and show what my group has been up to
recently, and I'll focus on where I think there is opportunity for
collaboration: image statistics, fmri, etc.
This will be very informal... :)
