SharpImage Software is a sole proprietorship that develops and distributes the HIPS image processing system and related image processing software. It is run by Michael Landy, who was an original co-author of HIPS and continues to use HIPS in his own vision research projects. SharpImage maintains contact with HIPS users and generally provides users free updates to the software, including improvements and additions made by SharpImage and software donated by other HIPS users. All of our products are supplied with source and on-line documentation.
