Cells in layer 6 tend to be well tuned and show very interesting
dynamical features. This cell appears to show a single peak at
early times but there is a secondary peak that comes out at the
orthogonal orientation at a later time (70msec). This effect
is more clearly seen in other cell we present in layer 6.
