FACULTY POSITION
Center for Neural Science
- (Fall, 2006)
The Center for Neural Science at New York University invites applications
for a tenure-track faculty position from candidates with interests in
cellular or molecular mechanisms of learning, memory, and plasticity to
complement existing research in this area
(see http://www.cns.nyu.edu/ ).
Applications at the level of
Assistant or Associate Professor are preferred. The appointment will begin
September 1, 2006, pending final administrative and budgetary
approval. Candidates working on learning and memory at the systems level
will also be considered. Although there is no official deadline,
application review will begin in December 2005. Please send a curriculum
vitae, a statement of current research and teaching interests, copies of
recent relevant publications, and the names and addresses of three or more
